Coffee Overview

Here is a nice natural processed coffee from Sidama Ethiopia. It comes from local outgrowers surrounding the Bare Site which is owned and managed by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene. Elto, the name of their organization, means "abundance" and "more than passion" in Sidama. Elto is known for consistently producing competition level naturals and honeys.

This coffee definitely has some natural processed characteristics but at the same time is fairly clean.
