Coffee Overview

This is our first ever coffee from Kenya and we are super enthused about it! It is priced higher as we had to pay a premium for the green coffee. We think it's entirely worth the extra cost.

This coffee comes from up to 845 smallholders located around the Gatagua Factory. It is pulped and fermented for approximately 48 hours, then washed with clean water and soaked for 12 hours. It is dried on raised beds over 14-21 days

Flavor Profile

Lime, Ripe Blackberry, Sugary

This coffee definitely has Kenya written all over it. It has lots of really nice lime acidity and sugared ripe blackberry.
